Here, you’ll have the privilege of working directly with consultants who are experts in their field. Your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery will make a valuable contribution to the patient’s experience. So will your commitment to creating a supportive and enabling working culture on the ward, which promotes patient staff and safety.
A flexible and creative practitioner, you have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic, forward thinking approach. Equally confident working solo and as part of a team, you demonstrate excellent leadership and ward management skills - including a commitment to role modelling good practice and actively developing staff. Your wide range of nursing skills and knowledge includes care of patients pre and post operatively, following a wide range of surgical procedures.
