Deputy Clinical Nurse Manager
Spire Bushey Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Clinical Nurse Manager. This role is ideal for an established Senior Sister/Charge Nurse looking at gaining management experience. In this role, you will help develop the service across the Hospital and the Pre-Assessment function.

Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role you will be working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Matron, to establish effective assurance of service quality, patient safety, risk management and help in the preparation for Clinical Reviews and Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections.
You will also liaise with Ward Managers and Clinical Leads to ensure an integrated approach to governance and where necessary liaise with staff to improve performance, patient safety & risk management.
You will also develop a working environment and culture, which actively improves health, safety, security and infection control. Leading others in their development of knowledge, ideas work practices, planning, allocation, assessments and provide feedback to team members.
Who we are looking for:
Ideally you will be a Registered Nurse with Ward Management experience, have strong mentoring and leadership skills, and have experience with Clinical Governance in a surgical nursing environment.
Experience of analysing staff, resource management and working as a practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams is also desirable.
