Pulse is delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with a leading provider of treatment adherence and patient self-management programmes to recruit a part time nurse advisor.

The organisation is a recognised global leader in this field, and its aim is to empower individuals to achieve better health outcomes and drive sustained improvements in patient self-management. They partner with pharmaceutical and public health organisations world-wide to deliver their objectives, and the programmes cover a wide range of clinical specialties and conditions.

The nurse advisors are the front line of the patient support service. They will work alongside other nurses, psychologists, the client services and digital services team to support and educate those patients that are enrolled in various patient support programmes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Build and maintain professional rapport with patients via phone contact
  • Have the ability to pre-empt potential clinical adverse events
  • Have excellent documentation skills
  • Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team

Due to the clinical variety this role covers, we are targeting registered nurses who have experience across a wide variety of clinical specialties. Areas of interest include any of the following; medical/surgical, elderly care and nursing homes, A&E, ICU, community or practice nursing.

The successful candidate will work Tuesday to Thursday 0900 - 1730.
