Spire Tunbridge Wells have a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their Outpatients Department as a Team Leader/Sister. This is a role which will allow you to develop your career in a department

The successful Registered Nurse will be forward thinking, and have exceptional time management skills. You will have the opportunity to cover a range of specialties, whilst working directly alongside the Consultants.

The working pattern is clinic dependent between the hours of 07:30 and 20:00. You will be joining an already established team who have a great working environment and numerous training opportunities that will help you develop your potential.

Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 40 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex.

The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including two operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. There are outpatient and physiotherapy departments providing services six days a week.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Dealing with the outpatient department covering all specialties
  • Helping cover the management of the department when the manager is on leave and not on rota
  • Directly communicating with the Consultants in the department to ensure a smooth working setting.
