Duties & Responsibilities
You will communicate with the Recovery team, providing them with an opportunity to contribute to team planning, work and the improvement programme. Ensuring work plans are consistent with Recovery team objectives, abilities and development.
You will need to have the skills, knowledge and experience to be confident in discussing and agreeing with colleagues in the team, the capabilities and competencies in perioperative care. This will then enable you to compare current perioperative practices, trends and developments against appropriate benchmarks.
You will develop perioperative care plans that are appropriate to the patients needs that compare to these key benchmarks. You will explain clearly to patients that their own needs, and the people who are within their support network are being assessed, considering the responsibilities and how they inter-relate.

Who we're looking for
You will have an RN or ODP qualification with current NMC/HCPC registration. You must have experience of working as a theatre practitioner in and across multi disciplinary teams. Previous supervisory experience and a Management qualification would be very desirable.
