Spire Bushey are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatients Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be working at the main hospital site and also at our brand new Diagnostic site which was opened in November 2017. As a skilled member of the nursing team you will ensure that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies.

You will also develop a working environment and culture, which actively improves health, safety, security and infection control. Leading others in their development of knowledge, ideas work practices, planning, allocation, assessments and provide feedback to team members.



Who we are looking for:

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with Phlebotomy skills and have an interest in Outpatients. You will be patient focused with a desire to provide extremely high standards of patient care and customer service. With a willing to learn and looking to constantly improve themselves, the team and the services provided by the unit/department.
