HCL Nursing is looking for staff nurses to work on the Stroke Unit at Wythenshawe hospital on a locum basis. As a preferred supplier to the hospital, we can offer you a variety of shifts daily, so you will be able to work on the shift pattern of your choice.

Wythenshawe hospital is a major acute teaching hospital. The stroke unit provides a full prevention, treatment and rehabilitation service for patients that have had a stroke. The stroke team work closely with other departments at the hospital to make sure that patients receive a high standard of care whilst they are being treated.

As an agency nurse, your typical duties will be to assist the ward staff with patient care, administering medications, following and implementing care plans, and charting/recording observations.

Ready to apply? You will need the following:

- Valid NMC registration
- At least 6 months experience working in a UK hospital within the last year
- Clean DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Be able to meet our compliance standards which includes satisfactory clinical references
