Are you a passionate nurse keen to work within a unique area of nursing and alongside a team at the forefront of pioneering healthcare developments?

Pulse is working in partnership with a purpose build hospital in London which has around 28 beds across the facility.

This lead nurse position will provide you with regular working hours - Monday - Friday (no weekends or nights). It will involve around 30% clinical hands-on nursing and approximately 70% management. We would be keen to hear from experienced band 6 nurses now looking for more of a management position.

This position is for a clinical lead nurse to provide clinical support, management and guidance across a 26 bed ward. The ward receives and cares for a neuro-rehabilitation patients - experience in this specialty is not a must - but an interest is required.

We are looking for an individual who is able to support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring and sharing of knowledge.

You will assist in the development and continuous quality improvement of the service. A key role of the clinical lead nurse is to lead by example and be a role-model for the nursing team - within this role, you will also maintain clinical contact with patients.

The successful candidate will either be a band 6, senior nurse or a current manager looking for a new challenge.
